Eaon vs T3 Code
Eaon and T3 Code
Both are free and open source, and both run Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode in git worktrees. Here's where they differ.
In short
T3 Code is a free, MIT-licensed app for coding agents, built to drive them from anywhere: desktop, the web and iOS and Android apps, with remote environments, pull request review across several Git hosts and scheduled tasks. It is early and moves fast, with new builds every day.
Eaon is free and open source too (GPL-3.0). It runs agents in real terminals, turns Linear issues into sessions, and also gives you Chat for any model, local models through llama.cpp and always-on Workers. T3 Code is ahead on phones and remote machines.
